Art that scares you

Ruby drew this and cut it out the other day.
She said it is a scary witch.
The other night after we tucked her into bed
she came out crying.
She said that " that witch is too
scary and I don't want it in our house".
I told her that I would throw it away in the
trash outside. Then she went back to sleep.

Ruby hoop

This school year Ruby has mastered the
fine art of hula hooping.

I was only introduced to this new talent
a couple of weeks ago when a neighbor won
a hula hoop at a school auction.
Notice the air? She jumps, runs,
does crazy arm moves, head nods and all kinds of
other things. It is really excellent.

Oh and can also do double hoops!
Who knew?
