There is a ghost in my house

I don't know what it wants. It just keeps saying "Ooooooooh" and
humming that Edvard Greig tune.

Lately, we have been asking Ruby what she is
thankful for. Her answer everyday
for the past week has been "my Grandmas".

Also, Dr. Carsten (aka Wade) has been doing
lots of operations on The boney Man ( aka
a skeleton left over from Halloween).

Astoria

We went to Astoria a couple of weekends ago to visit these
lovely people. They are renovating a home that they bought there which
is super excellent and we can't wait to rent it in the summertime!

It was really beautiful there.
We also encountered some really loud sea lions.

Sorry it has been a post-less weekend. Darn you Facebook!

Ruby made these this morning.

When I asked her why she drew the back of him
she said " because then it is almost like he is really here".

This is "A starfish ballet class".

It seems like starfish really like ballet.

A wet Martinmas celebration

Ruby's school celebrated Martinmas this week.
There was a lantern walk on monday night

Of course it was raining, but that doesn't
stop anyone around here.
I think I must be fully adjusted to this rain stuff now.
The kids had so much fun and were soaked
when it was all done.
Wade wore his party skirt for the occasion.
